Cassandra Halls came to Cedar Rapids to explore the Cherry Building, originally built in 1919 as a dairy equipment manufacturing plant. This video explores the authentic historic loft-style workspace in the Cherry Building, as well as showcases the variety of activities and places to explore in our Arts and Cultural area of Cedar Rapids!

2025 Challenge Grant Phase 1 Application

The Main Street Iowa Challenge Grant is a grant program provided by Main Street Iowa (MSI) and the Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) for brick-and-mortar building projects. This 1:1 matching grant is for vertical infrastructure projects that contribute to the development of designated Main Street districts.
